Leigh Coggins
Leigh was runner up in our Singer of the Year competition in 2007. She graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in the Summer of 2009 and in December of the same year she was offered her debut professional role in Les Miserables and has been understudying the lead female Cosette.
Our Chairman contacted her when she found out that Leigh was performing on stage at the Millennium Centre at the same time that Music in the Vale was holding one of their lunchtime concerts in January this year. She told Ann that she was absolutely delighted with the opportunity and that she was “living her dream”, and was very much looking forward to going on tour with Les Miserables.
